Iâm currently interested in the rise of âPink pillâ content. Iâve come to realise that they share very similar aspects to capitalism, the same agenda being âyou can become rich tooâ which is usually used as meaningless motivation to fuel a system that exploits. As these âlife coachesâ views and partnerships pile up, the audience remains waiting, or slaving away to gain a ticket to a life of luxury that they were promised. Sound familiar?
Subliminalâs that push the narrative becoming a millionaire is so close, if you push with a leap of faith.
âIf youâre not attracting then you mustnât want it that badlyâ
âYouâre only poor because youâre not trying hard enough.â
As if these influencers wealth is not built off the desperation of those searching for a better life, that the only way they feel that itâs possible is by constantly watching self-deprecating videos about how one must improve. But not once do these content creators imply the system must be improved? I believe this is due to these creators finding no benefit from a system being in favour for the lower class, as they themselves exploit off the vulnerable.
Many of these creators even pushing benevolent sexism, as they see women partaking in 9/5 culture as cruel but for men? Itâs his duty to serve a purpose which is to bring in money. Tell me does this not imply the man is more of an asset than a human being, is that not the definition of exploitation?
Without your âfailuresâ , how would any of them make a profit? If their motive was to rid you of your problems that would mean these leeches would gain a problem themselves; no money coming in.
