My heart was pretty irregular after doing a breath hold, just got out of a warm bath. Sorry that the audio is kinda shitty, but boy was the room spinning. I hope you enjoy 😉. (Good part starts at 35 sec)

Had a shower now valsalva to calm my heart down, I went pretty easy on the shower so it wasn’t too fast. Sorry about the really shitty audio and the low battery notif. My heart was skipping like crazy tho
