I get bored of the same thing over and over after a while, so I drifted away from my default style for a bit. Looking over old artwork made me miss it a little, so I’m back! … Maybe?

Magnus might have once hissed at a person who tried to get touchy with Alec. Angry cat style.

You can always hear Magnus say shit like “I need to gatekeep Alec from the masses I WAS HERE FIRST” and “You didn’t love him at his worst, ergo you don’t deserve him at his best. Shoo.” and “Where were you when he was a baby gay, huh? That’s right, NOWHERE, you just want him now that he’s popular”

He once made Alec a T-shirt that had “Magnus’s Babygirl” written on the back to a party. Alec has no idea to this day.

Magnus likes to wear his wedding ring on his middle finger, only so that he can get the pleasure of flipping off the people flirting with his husband AND remind them that he’s married to Alec at the same time.

Magnus always gets wayyyy more touchy-feely when he’s jealous. Rests his head on Alec’s shoulder, throws an arm around his waist, and if they’re sitting, a palm on his thigh.

The hickeys increase ten-fold too

Alec is forever oblivious, but Jace is not. He constantly teases Magnus about his little jealousy problem.

Once, a warlock showed off a few great spells in front of Alec. Magnus ended up fighting his first warlock duel.

This is what happens when the clock strikes 4am and you and your bestie/parabatai promptly lose all your braincells. Which is to say our one shared braincell went missing and wandered off to Malec land :D

So we maaaaay have gotten way to carried away and wound up doing an impromptu collab cause of this XD

Happy Valentine’s Day!

On February 14th 2021, I posted pics of the Malec wedding for the first time. It didn’t showcase the book accurate description of Alec’s dark blue gear jacket covered in gold runes or Magnus’ cobalt and gilt silk jacket, but it was how I pictured it in my head.

This year, I decided to redraw that same moment, this time using the book’s description.

I also drew them using my original interpretation…with a lil twist. You can check that out down below.
