Prayer of Moses – Quran 28:16

رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي

My Lord, I have done wrong toward myself, so forgive me.

I am guilty of myself for not trying to wake up for Tahajjud as much as I should. but I do try my best to do Tahajjud every night in Ramadan.

This prayer is so special and so magnificent that once you read the Quran ayat and all the hadiths that Insha’Allah we will all try to incorporate this prayer in our lives.

“And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.” [Quran, 17: 79] 

Benefits of Tahajjud (The Night Prayer):

Implementing the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) which he never used to miss.

A way of getting your Dua’s accepted

A way of getting your sins forgiven

By performing it, it will bring light to your face and soul

It helps you fight your desires

It makes you closer to Allah

It builds the love of the Hereafter in your heart

It softens the heart and humbles you in front of Allah

It strengthens the Qur’an that you have memorized.

Now how will doing Tahajjud Help you in your studies, when Allah is pleased with you, when your intention becomes sincere and when you wish for that which is good and correct, then Allah ‘azza wa jall will grant you Tawfeeq in your studies, Allah will give you Barkah in you time and  when you perform Tahajjud make sure to make a lot of Duaa for Allah to ease your exams and give you whatever you want, you try your best then you ask Allah to make all your efforts pay off, I personally do this all the time and Allah SWT never fails me Alhamdulillah :)

Oh Allah! Nothing is easy except what You have madeeasy. If You wish, You can make the difficult easyاللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلاً إِلّاَ مَا جَعَلّتَهٌ سَهْلاً وَأَنّتَ تَجّعَلَالحَزَنَ إِذَا شِئتَ سَهْلاً

O Allah, honor me by the light of understanding andtake me out from the darkness’s of doubt and openupon us the doors of Your knowledge and openupon us the treasure of Your recognition, O thebest of the Merciful ones.O Allah, and give me Tawfeeq to the study andsolving all the difficult problems through books. ByYour mercy, O the best of the merciful ones.اَللَّهُمَّ اَكْرِمْنْيْ بِنُوْرِ الْفَهْمِ وَ خَرَّجَنِيْ مِنْ ظُلُمَاتِالْوَهْمِ وَ افْتَحْ عَلَيْنَا اَبْوَابَ عِلْمَكَ، وَ انْشُرْ عَلَيْنَا خُزَّانَمَعْرِفَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ،اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْنِيْ فِىْ الْمُطَالَعَةِ بِحَلِّ جَمِيْعِ مُشْكِلاَتِالْمَسَآئِلِ مِنَ الْكُتُبِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.

“Take care of your souls.”

She is a good girl with a broken heart.

Whenever she gets hurt, she will hold everything back. But in the end, she is crying her heart out when she is about to sleep. Seeing all of her efforts, time and energy wasted just like that, she is at her lowest.

He broke her heart so many times. But she is afraid to break his heart back. He used her for his own benefits. But she never thought of leaving.

But she keeps saying she is okay. She is okay but she is struggling a lot. She keeps telling herself that he is good enough. He is kind enough. He is enough for her. But not to him, he treated her like an option.

Until one day she realized that she is trying way too hard to maintain that relationship. And she is tired as hell.

1. Get up early

2. Express gratitude for what you have

3. Do something productive

4. Do something fun

5. Do something for someone else

6. Get some sunlight

7. Exercise – it doesn’t matter what – just do some exercise

8. Put a smile in someone’s face

9. Express gratitude or compliment someone

10. Learn or do something new.
