I first saw YouTube astrologer Andre Kahr way back on his first appearance on Linda G’s show. She asked him if he had general advice which everyone could use: “Work on your Sun.” His reasoning was that the Sun is 99% of the matter (has mass, takes up space, can be weighed) in the solar system.

To which let me add: the only reason we can see the Moon, planets, Lady Asteroids, etc., is because they reflect the Sun’s light. Both my kids, for example, have natal Venus in Leo; but my son’s is in the context of his Leo Sun, while my daughter’s is in the context of her Gemini Sun.

Therefore, working on our Suns literally puts everything else in the best possible light. Some advice based on elements:

Fiery Suns (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius): find healthy ways to “burn off” excess energy

Earthy Suns (Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo): learn how to do something useful with your own hands (fiber arts, cooking or baking, carpentry, pottery, gardening, on and on)

Airy Suns (Libra, Aquarius, Gemini): work on your active listening skills; maybe acquire another language

Watery Suns (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): work on defining and maintaining boundaries that you’re comfortable with, not the ones imposed upon you.

My name is Najah, and I am a mother of six children, including newborn twins 👶👶 who need urgent care every single moment.

We are living through extremely difficult days filled with fear, hunger, and the lack of basic necessities 🥺🍞

Sometimes my children go to sleep without enough food, and I stand helpless before their tears because I cannot provide milk, diapers, or medicine for them.

My newborn twins are still so fragile, and their tiny bodies need constant nutrition and care 🍼💔

I try to stay strong for my children, but my heart breaks every night when I see them suffering and I have nothing to protect them with.
