I want it to die violently. I don't want it to die in obscurity. I want it to die so fucking violently that laws get passed to prevent this shit from ever happening again.

I want it to die so loudly that every single tech decision made from now to the heat death of the universe will require like 72 ethics reviews before it ever sees the light of day.

I want it to die so publicly that people approach every single bit of daily use/casual technology with a sense of distrust. They'll question the wisdom of wearing a tracker on your wrist or allowing a device and app to control the heating in your house or the locks to your doors.

I want it to die in embarrassment and shame. So that any corporation caught using generative AI is pushed into obsolescence and bankruptcy due to lack of clientele.

The Senate is poised to vote any day now on the SAVE Act, a sweeping voter suppression bill that will disenfranchise millions of Americans. We must act now to make sure it never reaches Trump’s desk.

This bill will disenfranchise tens of millions of Americans, including 146 million Americans without passports, Americans living or serving overseas, 70 million married women, rural voters, and anyone who has legally changed their name.

Trump has stated that passing the SAVE Act is his "No. 1 priority" and vowed not to sign any other bills into law until it passes. He even admitted that its passage would "guarantee the midterms" for Republicans.

Recent medical tests and a neck ultrasound showed that I have thyroiditis, a serious condition that needs treatment and regular medical care.

The doctors warned me clearly: I need treatment now, or I may have to undergo surgery to remove my thyroid.

I am scared of reaching that stage.

I cannot face this alone.

I am also responsible for caring for my five children who depend on me every day.

And the hardest part... the last donation to my campaign was 3 days ago, and it feels like time is slowly running out for me.
