Alters moving objects when you thought you were in control and then freaking out cause it wasn't YOU.
Clothes hoarding to the point its a problem cause you feel like theres someone in the system who will wear it/ get upset if you throw it away.
Having a alter talk to you in the mind and keep you from having a panic attack.
Hearing a persecutor threaten you in the middle of a mental breakdown about something else.
Having alters/persecutors who hold trauma so bad that you can't look at them. Or having alters/persecutors who hold trauma so bad that they continue to act on.
buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuttttttttttttttttt it can be about the silly altars.
It can be the literal inside jokes between headmates.
It can be the pranks you pull when another altar doesn't know you're present.
It can be watching the littles color or draw or do other stuff they enjoy.
It can be being a (playful) asshole to another alter until they switch out just to fuck with whatever you're doing.
DID sucks ass, but if you only focus on the negative, you're never going to feel safe in your system. You're never going to get better. Yes, the negative needs focused on sometimes, but honestly, save that for meditation, shadow work, or therapy. Allow yourself to enjoy life if you can.

I actually cannot believe Iβm making this post but here we go.
This is the personβs description. Please note, I am not fake claiming them on being a RAMCOA/HC-DID system or their alter count. I am also not fake claiming them based on the fact they claim to have a DSMP script, even though the timing feels a little weird to me.
βBut you are fake claiming them-β Yes I am. And for two main reasons. Number one, claiming to have diagnosed ASPD.
ASPD cannot and is not diagnosed as a minor. You must be at least 18 to be diagnosed with ASPD, and if you are any younger it would be considered a conduct disorder. Any professional would know this.
Furthermore, this person claims to live in Mexico (which I will get to in a moment). Mexico uses the ICD for diagnostic criteria, and in the ICD-11, ASPD isnβt even a diagnosis.
But letβs assume this person got diagnosed in the US or is not living in Mexico and got diagnosed with ASPD at 15 years old. The main reason I am calling bullshit is this:
This person claims to be in witness protection. First off, you cannot have any social media if you are in witness protection. Like none at all, which includes tumblr. It doesnβt matter if you donβt use your real name/age/identity, itβs still a huge safety risk even having it, let alone telling people youβre in witness protection and what country you were relocated to.
This person also claims that one of their programmers contacted them. While they were in witness protection. Iβm not even going to comment on that, but I will let you guys just connect the dots on this.
I donβt have anything more to say about this. Hate will be blocked. Systemβs used is snowchester-system. Donβt send hate or harass them. And snowchester, if youβre reading this and all of this is in fact true, delete your tumblr and get off the internet for good. For your own safety.

Anyone have an alter who helps them out just by being so out of pocket that it snaps them out of a bad mood? Cuz I had one alter trying to help talk me through a bad mood only for him to jump in.
Literal convo I just had with them:
"You know what holds you together?"
"Snorting fried chicken."
And then I proceeded to stop and go "What?!"
Bad mood solved (at least temporarily). Though I was very confused.

Being a caregiver, I realized that one of the best ways to help somebody without freaking them out even more is by rephrasing your questions and offerings in a way that would give them the choice to choose. It should he obvious that when you ask, for example, "Can I give you a hug?" you are offering a choice, but that's not the case for people who are freaking out or blacking out. It's way better to ask, "Would you like me to give you a hug?" or "Do you want a hug?" instead.
Same with:
βοΈ Can I hold your hand? | β οΈ Do you want to hold my hand?/Do you want me to hold your hand?
βοΈ How can I help? | β οΈ What would you like me to do to help?
βοΈ Can I do X? | β οΈ Do you want me to do X?/Would you be okay if I did X?
βοΈ Can I see? | β οΈ Am I allowed to see?
The more you state it in the sentence that it's in the person's abilities to turn you down, the better. First sentence matters. People who are actively freaking out or blacked out would not care for a long and complicated explanation as to why you said what you said. They most likely can barely hear anything at the moment. And can barely understand anything that's happening around them.
This is so true to me, the more words in your sentence the more option and emotion,,
"What's your favorite type of music?"
*sweats in DID* "U-uhm... I- I listen to everything, depending on my mood :D"
The moods sitting in the back of my head watching me: "No, no, they've got a point"

Decided to share an experience that we had as we've been dealing with D.I.D or at least acknowledging it.
We discovered our D.I.D around 2020. (I know it sounds like every fakers story but stay and listen)
As we started we thought logging alters was necessary, that keeping track of who's fronting and everything was how you fit in and keep everyone in line. Very quickly we learned that was wrong and practically impossible while still going through abuse.
And we learned thats okay.
Young systems, you don't need to have all these alters written down/logged in simply plural/ told to the whole world.
Instead us young systems should let alters do their job. Trauma is what caused this and trauma and stress is what is going to continue to happen to our small brain. It's okay.
Don't stress it. Let it. You can personally know everyone, and sometimes write about your brain mates. But lets take it slow.

Having Littles in your system isn't about buying candy, squishmallows, and giggling.
Littles in your system is also finding yourself in your bed, covers up to your chin, death grip on a stuffed animal, feeling there's a pile of bricks on your chest and you've stopped breathing. Because you are a grown adult but the smallest, slightest proximity to a trigger switched your brain to being a 6 year old and afraid again.
Littles in your system is having a switch and not knowing why the body is in a panic attack but knowing you were brought out because the little can't regulate emotions so you have to, even if you don't know the context yet, or ever.
But no. This is tumblr so all you're going to see is posts about how cute and silly their Littles are.... yeah... because that's what it's really like.... *sigh*
