It really isn't too far-fetched for Andrew to fear power and/or privilege and can pull a string or two. As a cancer patient for going on five years, and an obvious hard-core blogger I really learn the ins and outs about how hospitals conduct themselves on social media. I absolutely do not think that the University of San Francisco medical center would be terribly interested in my spoof Twitter account. Which is set to private.
