"New Enterprise" STIII Concept art by David Russell
"New Enterprise" - probably meant as Excelsior concepts
The Excelsior II was the Federation's next main-line warship, using their lessons learned from encounters with the Borg and the Dominion War. Although the original Excelsior-class was used in those conflicts, it was a ship of desperation, hopelessly outclassed by enemy ships. This new class had the most modern technology of the time, including quantum torpedoes, regenerative ablative armor, and a warp engine capable of warp 9.9. This ship, similar to the Defiant-class, was a dedicated combat vessel and was not well suited to peaceful duties.
Le monstre a tué le préfet, que fait la police?

STIII Excelsior Bridge
The Excelsior bridge (STIII variant) makes me think of the TOS bridge.
The turbo lift alcove - similar shape to TOS
The wall console profile - again similar to the TOS style.
The brightly coloured buttons / lights
Each wall console section directly adjacent onto the next etc.
Add some railings….
Concept art:
Ain't this the stuff that made Stan Lee a Hulk?
