ID : LACEY REYNOLDS !
a hug given, yet ended too soon. something loathed but only for the sake of the public eye. she’d be getting what she wished for soon enough, sweet privacy. a wrist grabbed, tugged along to the vacant space that they often shared. a spot in which theories were scrawled on classroom board with chalk and hastily written in the pages of their notebook for later observation. a room where the pages of the school’s paper came to life before their very eyes. for the sake of the school, the topics had to remain relatively sane - that wasn’t to say that they didn’t forget to add little specs of theories in the back pages! fun conspiracy jabs and myths. anything to keep the paper theirs.
door shuts behind them, she takes the opportunity to tug the girl forward by belt loop, gifting her a kiss to the cheek. something innocent and quick.
“the news stuff can wait, i was actually thinking about something else. about the lab. i want to case the surroundings later, if you wanna come with me!”
SHE WON’T GIVE others something to talk about, doesn’t want anything for the others to talk about. enough is said about them, about their newspaper and the craziness that is supposed to be with their theories. she doesn’t let that get to her. her mother was a journalist, but she kept her crazy theories to herself and ginna. most of her ideas came from thoughts her mother talking at crazy hours. but the newspaper had become the reason that she was still coming to school and still living in town after both her dad and brother had died.
she accepts the kiss, but before she lets the other get away, she grabs lacey’s face and pushing their lips together, soft and sweet, away from the window door. she’s craving contact from the other.
“mhm... at night right?” she still had her dad’s access card, maybe they can use that to get inside.”
