oh geeze, this is hard. my reflex is to just say that none of them are left wing, which is true, but maybe that's a copout...
if we're talking strictly the three you can join, i'm gonna say redoran, with big caveats. socially they lean very traditional, but their leadership doesnt lavish themselves in excess like hlaalu and telvanni do, and in fact seem the most down to earth and concerned about ordinary citizens. life in places like ald-ruhn and maar gan seems rather good to most inhabitants despite the hardships posed by harsh climate, and although the population in redoran settlements reflects the xenophobic attitudes of the region, i.e. it's mostly dunmer, the non-dunmer (which includes argonians and khajiit) living there don't tend to face the same harassment and poverty they do in, say, vivec city. duty to one's community is among the main virtues promoted by redoran, once again with the caveat that family and kin are venerated constructs. house redoran's strong ties to the tribunal temple means there's decent access to social services. of all the major houses redoran also seems the least antagonistic towards the ashlanders. in general if you're not afraid of the ash storms and the proximity to red mountain, i'd say that as a commoner you'd have the easiest time in a redoran town. the bar is underground.
if we're including the non-joinable great houses. oh god. i'm actually gonna have to say house dagoth. yeah that's how dire things are. i don't know how many caveats i should even put on this or where to even start. it's a murderous xenophobic cult that utilizes biological warfare and mind control. but, you know. you gotta take into consideration its explicit anti-imperialism and its opposition to all monarchy as well as the tribunal's theocracy. and its ultimate goal of unity. under dagoth ur, everyone is part of the divine dream! godhood is to be shared, dagoth ur is quite explicit about that! look, he's building that horrible meat god so he can kick the empire out and then dissolve all inequality in favor of shared meatdisease godhivemind. there's no bourgeoisie or poverty or private ownership or anything when everyone's identity and consciousness have been dissolved through tripping balls off that radioactive heart of a dead god.
