Rest in peace Vivaldo VH Costersveld.

The 17 years old stallion has been euthanized this morning (16/04/15). He sadly broke his leg while playing in his field. After he went under surgery, the life prognosis seemed good. Unfortunately, the leg broke again in the rest stall. There was nothing left to do.

Vivaldo competed in the 5* level for years under Jessica Kurten’s and Roger Yves Bost’s saddles very succesfully with both riders.

He was enjoying a well deserved retirement since August 2014.

All my thoughts are with Lady Georgina Forbes (Vivaldo’s owner), his former riders and everyone who loved him.

RIP Vivaldo, and THANK YOU for all the good moments.
