SHE DOES!!!!!!! SHE ABSOLUTELY DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she's written entire albums that explore this concept with nuance and fire and even if those albums also contained duds, if taylor knows one thing better than anyone else it's exactly being a showgirl. it just has absolutely fuck all to do with THIS album because she doesn't, apparently, have anything new to say about that concept or part of her life. showgirl in this context being "show all the girls my boyfriend" i guess
