it’s help’s anniversary so new design drop! i was gonna do full-on character sheets but i wanted to wait until i watched the movie first. this is the help set of beatles in the au- and yes there’s multiple sets! this was actually the second set i made for the au!

It’s a lovely night in the garden… but where’s John?

The end of the beginning… then I suddenly see you.

RS-John: “Paul? Is that you?”

Rv-Paul: “John? You’re awake?? I thought you were only sleeping.”

RS-John: “Me? I thought YOU were sleeping.”

Rv-Paul: “Must’ve been a dream.”

RS-John: “Well, sorry I’ve never seen you up hours before dawn.”

Rv-Paul: “Of course not, you always sleep through it, y’know?”

RS-John: “Since when did we wake up hours apart?”

Rv-Paul: “Making things up now… you’re having a laugh, aren’t you? Speaking of, I could use some of that special cup, I’ve had a terrible headache-“

RS-John: “What?”

Rv-Paul: “No, you can’t be John… you look just like him though, y’know.”

oh my gosh i've been wanting to post this for what two months and the day i decide to we get hit with the announcement this is amazing 🥹

THE BEATLES CARTOON X JUST DANCE!!! HE’S BACK!!!! MR JITTERBUG OVER HERE IS BACK!!!

in ticket to ride he shows the other beatles he makes robots as a hobby. he shows them the robot he made. the robot cries when ringo says he's scared of it. george made a robot presumably on his own that can not just respond to the environment around it, but emulate a fitting emotional response. with the technology available to him in the 60's.

though the robot is ultimately what made me see george as the smartest cartoon beatle, i've started to wonder...... does he also have the social intelligence to have a deeper understanding of the group's dynamic? he's close friends with ringo, but when he puts him down it's to keep john and paul's respect. he also doesn't seem to care when he's insulted, in episode 18 when the whole group was being fat shamed he just looked annoyed. does he realize that when he doesn't stand out it makes him less vulnerable to slapstick? it takes him until episode 10 to go through any serious harm, and that's only because the others didn't let him back down.

Rubber Souls AU McLennon!

So basically I found out that it’s Lennon-McCartney Day this morning and I had to do something so here’s McLennon in my AU!

This particular McLennon is much softer than average, being based around the combination of In My Life and Wait. They also have more nostalgic tendencies, and also are more prone to longing when apart. McLennon but they lay in the grass together and snuggle…

HAPPY GLOBAL BEATLES DAY!!

It makes me so happy that it's Beatles Day because of All You Need Is Love, my first time hearing the song was very special so it's very dear to my heart :)

That being said it was also while watching Yellow Submarine so I had to bring myself back to that movie... Paul's in the front because of that live action scene at the end of the movie when he shows he has a little love, and ofc I had to include the other three and Jeremy in the back hehe

I actually didn't like the Chains episode one bit at first. I first watched it after burning my finger on hot glue, needless to say watching the others be that cruel to Ringo was no comfort. The episode has grown on me a bit, but it still hurts my soul to watch lol

Anyways I picked a random number to see what episode I'd draw and I landed on 6, and this whole vision just came to me. Hope you all like it :)

I found out the bumpers existed and as soon as I saw this frame I knew I had to draw it... and I'm really proud of how it came out!
