since halloween’s right around the corner here’s a reminder from your local Jewish Person to not dress up in antisemitic caricatures ie as a stereotypical jew (big nose, yalmulke, payot, dark curly hair, etc), it’s not funny and it’s incredibly offensive. my people are not costumes and neither is our culture.

Okay I know I’m not very active anymore, but I need some help. I’ve been trying to help a close friend stuck in an abusive homophobic family in India with no where to go, but I can’t find any resources to assist them. If anyone has anything to help or knows anything that can help pertaining to LGBTQ+ youth in India, please reblog and share. Shelters, emergency lines, etc.

will never get over the fact that we can love people despite there being countries between us. we can miss people we’ve never seen in person. we can connect and bond over hundreds of things without ever needing to be in each others physical presence. we can have half the globe between us and love never falters.
