yes obviously bolaire isn't a perfect person. he lies, he gets a little crazy with it, he's manipulative [i would say less so than others, at least of the schemers, but i might be Hashtag wife biased]. the argument could be made that it wasn't horribly anyone's business the true nature of his being a mask--at least that it wasn't thjazi's business to air out the dirty laundry in the way he did. but bolaire isn't really being given enough credit, i think, for all the Shit he's now had to put up with, and the invaluable help he's given, and he can't even really deal with everything he feels about thjazi because....any time he says anything really in anyone's presence that was especially close to thaz he gets like. unreasonably jumped. he hasn't acted super maliciously to any of the others in the gang [he had every right to be mad at thimble, and Everybody wanted answers from wick and tyranny when they returned], he answers whatever questions they have about him, yeah he was a little Weird to hal in the sewers but that's its own thing because of his feelings for hal, like. how many times has he apologized to hal. so many. about everything, for everything. it's just interesting how he's treated. and i guess to an extent julien as the person who took thjazi down. No One's allowed to have problems with thaz because he must be the best guy ever because We love him so much, and if he wronged You that's Your problem and you should shut up about it because We love him so much.
