Recently I've been feeling really really low. I'm not sure what exactly it's been, but coping with the many problems that Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome brings me has defiantly not helped lift my mood. Some times I forget that I'm not a 'normal' person and doing simple tasks aren't easy for me; and that often makes me feel like a failure. My fingers get super painful and weak so I find cooking etc difficult, and my hips even sublux just when I'm sitting down. There's so much I want to do in life and the last couple of weeks have made me feel like I can't achieve any of these things.
