I am Bilal (@bilal-sala7). I have been separated from my family for years, watching them from afar and unable to reach them, yet doing everything I can to help them survive. At the same time, I have tried to support others trapped in Gaza by verifying, supporting, and sharing their campaigns to help them meet their basic needs.

After nearly 3 years, my goal now is to help two of my brothers—Ahmad (@ashammad99)and Abd Arrahman finally continue their university education. Their best chance right now is outside Gaza, so I have launched a campaign to help cover the cost of evacuation ($15,000 USD).

Although the Rafah crossing has not opened yet, there are reports that it may open soon. This has given Ahmad and Abd hope again—to leave, continue their education, and build a better future. We are in a race against time, as this opportunity may be very short.

A cold unlike ours — one that seeps into the bones when there are no walls for protection and no warmth to push it back.

I live in Germany, and many of you are safe around the world . We close our doors, turn on the heaters, and say, “It’s cold.” But for those living in tents, the cold is fear, hunger, and endless waiting.

Each of them carries a dream that hasn’t died, children who deserve warmth, safety, and a better future. Pain greater than they can bear alone.

They are not asking for much. Only that we feel them, share their campaigns, and help ease even a small part of their suffering.

My family is like thousands of others: no electricity, no clean water, and no adequate medicine.

My mother needs a new heart device. My father survived a stroke and needs urgent treatment. My brother is injured. I’m fighting illness again.

💔 My wife and I have been living in a thin, worn-out tent since the war destroyed our apartment in Jabalia. Our tent can’t protect us from the cold, the rain, or the storms.

The rain soaks our blankets, clothes, and the few things we managed to save. The nights are freezing, and we have no warm clothing, no heater, no real shelter.

We are exhausted — physically, mentally, and emotionally — trying to survive winter while rebuilding from nothing.

We urgently need help: warm blankets, dry shelter, basic necessities, and tools to rebuild our lives with dignity.
