Today we learned that the hot weather causes new symptoms so that’s good

My symptoms humbled me today. Is that the right word? Either way, I had to take a step back

It’s been a while. My heart is so full. Words can not explain the relief and gratitude going through my thoughts right now and the last few days.

New lesions. Love that for me.

I think my flare up is over. That’s nice.

I’m sad. Really really sad.

I think I feel numb again on my left foot. Started yesterday maybe? So we’ll see how this goes.

Another day of, is this pain because I can’t sit properly or is it another symptom?

I feel sad. I don’t know why but I do.

I understand I have to be considerate about how you feel but what about me? I’ve been trying to be considerate all my life and I do one thing the way I want because I already know the outcome and im the bad guy? Nice.

Just a little sad. I had to write in a card for the first time in forever today and my hand was a little shaky and so my writing wasn’t the same. Is it my MS or has it just been a while? Either way, just a little sad.

So I said yes to going out for the first time in a while. With it still being in a pandemic, this scared me a little. But I think that’s an accomplishment considering I even went by myself to meet up with everyone else.

Feeling lots of feelings knowing some of my friends are supportive even if we haven’t talked or seen each other in so long. It was nice seeing some of them again.

Finally got to see Vancouver family again. Got off the plane and I was just so relieved and happy to see ate jen. Felt like home

Let me tell you. Despite not having hung out with Joyce for over a month, she somehow had a feeling that I would be getting a tattoo. Also, I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for her.

Am I sore because of the batting cage or is it another symptom?
