Lottie wheeled her suitcases behind her. The trip after Mexico had been a spur of the moment decision when she realized she wasn’t ready to be back on campus. LA was nice but it felt good to be a in a familiar place again even if she was probably going to go back to spending most of her time in her room alone. She didn’t expect someone to call out about her outfit. She looked around and her eyes fell on a blonde she had never seen before and she smiled. “Thanks.”

The blonde breathed a slight internal sigh of relief when the redhead seemed not to mind her intrusion, lowering the screen of her laptop she smiled a little more brightly. "You just back on campus from a holiday or are you new too?" Angel asked. "I'm Angel, I just arrived when everyone was in Mexico." She explained.

Ronan kept the page still while the other took the picture, then folded it up and slid it back into their pocket when she finished. “Oh, is that the pronunciation?” They asked, mostly just wanting to keep from mispronouncing her name. That was a sensitive topic for some people, and they weren’t looking to make enemies this early. “But, yeah of course. I’m still kind of new too, still trying to learn where everything is myself. I’m Ronan. Are you a teacher?” 

Angel flushed when they asked her if that was the pronunciation and shook her head. "Oh.. no it's just that my nickname is Angel but I'm never sure if it's a little weird to ask strangers to call me Angel." She explains, realising it sounds a bit silly when it comes out of her mouth. "It's much bigger than I expected here.. especially the town. No.. I'm just claimed to one. I'm claimed to Vio Rizzoli, his brother Mars is also teaching here and that's who I'm supposed to be finding. He forgot his lunch." 

Sam shook his head, a laugh following. “Oh, no, no. We don’t need to get schooled on cheese today,” he smiled. “It’s cool though. A lot of people enjoy it, so they must have done something interesting,” Sam made a face, letting another smile follow. “They do, but… you know, I always end up picking up cheddar cheese. It’s great on sandwiches and macaroni so… Hard to compete and stuff like that.” Sam shrugged, checking his own basket to make sure he had picked out that very important ingredient - the macaroni.  

"If you lived in my house, everyday would be cheese school day.. or something else foody and complicated. I know more about dishes I will never be able to cook than I ever thought possible." Angel explained. "Though I shouldn't complain, it's always a pleasure to hear about the passions of the people close to us." The blonde nodded in agreement. "I'm also partial to a slice of american cheese on the top of my cheeseburger no matter how much garbage I'm sure that it's made of."

Blaine glanced up from where he was knelt, playing tug of war with Yoda, when his name was called, watching a woman approach him with a little dachshund in tow. He immediately recognized the dog, and couldn’t help but smile when Yoda dropped the toy and immediately rushed over to greet Vio, curly tail moving a mile a minute. He stood, offering her a smile and wave of his own. “Oh, hello Angel! It’s so nice to finally meet you! Well, in person anyway,” He said with a soft chuckle, the excitement evident in his voice as he glanced down to watch the puppies again. “And Vio Jr is just as adorable as he looked in the picture.”

Angel smiled more brightly when Blaine seemed pleased to see her, it made her feel less awkward. "It's lovely to finally meet you too, and the perfect place to do it too I think." She offered, also watching as Vio Jr made himself acquainted with the other dog at their feet. "Thank you, Yoda is so cute. I'm glad they seem to be getting along even though Vio is a frisbee theft." The blonde joked. "Have you had a nice summer?"
