Whumpee is the opposite of stoic. Flinches at every threat, screams and sobs when hurt. Shakes with fear or pain, cries themselves into an exhausted sleep in the aftermath. They don't dare fight or talk back, only whimper. And yet, they do not give whumper what they want. They swear to themselves that they never will.

They might not have realised it yet, but whumpee has none nothing wrong. There is nothing to apologise for. There is nothing they can do to make the pain stop.
Best ways to transport whumpee
Pull at their hair. Even better if they are bruised up and standing up hurts. "ah, wait, no, ah!" as you pull them up and drag them along without mercy. To ease the pain at their scalp they have to push themselves to comply and feel the pain in their legs/back/chest/wherever.
Grab their upper arm, hard enough to bruise, and roughly guide them wherever you want them to go.
When whumpee is hiding under a bed or laying on the ground, grab them by their ankles and pull them away. They will desperately try to grasp at anything with their hands, but it's no use.
History whump. Tie their hands together and tie the end of the rope to the back of your cart. Comfortably ride your horse as whumpee is forced to walk along in the sun. Don't give them water. Let them almost collapse from exhaustion. If they fall and trip the cart will pull them along and their wrists will be bleeding.
Wrestle them down, tie their hands behind their back, blindfold them, and force them to walk with you, tripping and disoriented. Maybe you can let them fall on their face a time or two.
Forcefully carry them with you between two people. Let them struggle and fight, but it's no use. They are not strong enough.
Threaten them with a gun. Make them come "willingly". Make sure they know that if they don't do what you tell them, they are dead. Whumpee complies with slow and careful movements, not wanting to, but also knowing they have no choice.
Throw them tied up in the back of your truck. They try so hard not to hyperventilate, but the claustrophobia is making them panic. Every turn and bump is throwing them around. It is dark and hot. They try to follow the road, but quickly become completely disoriented.
Put a shock collar around them and zap them if they don't do what you say.
Once you have sufficiently broken whumpee, you don't have to force them anymore. A simple tilt with your head or squeeze of their hand will make them comply. Eyes down, defeated, pathetic. Make whumpee follow you in public, just to prove to both of you that you are completely in control of them.
Whumper who is physically bigger/stronger than whumpee wrapping their hand around whumpee's throat and choking them.
The classic grabbed-by-the-throat-and-thrown-into-a-wall. Or down the stairs.
Whumpee starting to get up from where whumper threw them, only to collapse again, clutching their abdomen in pain.
"Stay down."
(tw: torture, blackmailing, forced to beg, burning)
"No. No, please! Please don't" Hero tried to squirm away from the hot poker, getting closer. Restrains held them down. The cold sweat poured down their face.
(V:) "You ask me one more time and your precious Leader will take your place."
Hero cried, trying to choke down the pleas.
(V:) "Behave."
Hero nodded, obiediently. The breath quickened right before t-
"Aaa- AAAAAAH! N-NO P-" they tried their best to stop those words but how could they not beg? The words turned into the loud cry as Villain stepped back.
"That's it. Your leader will be grateful to know his subordinate sold him out for interrogation." The Villain waved a hand to his workers.
"N-" Hero gasped for breath. As Villain was walking out, Hero let out last, desperate scream "Please- come back- hurt me!"
Villain turned around. Irritation in a blink of an eye turned around to amusement.
(V:) "Oh! Well that sounded nice!"
They crounched down in front of a trembling Hero.
(V:) "Well? Go on."
(H:) "Plea.."
(V:) "Full sentences now. You want me to...?"
Hero's voice cracked as they forced out:
(H:) "I wa-want you to gag me- and-and-" their voice jumped "...bburn..."
(V:) "Oh wow. Now how could I refuse."

Whumpers who casually manhandle the whumpees, as if doing so is completely natural. They don't even think twice about it. Whumpee is trying to crawl away? Oh, just grab them by the ankle and pull them back. Whumpee's head is pointed in a suspicious direction, as if looking for an escape? Pull them by the hair so their eyes are forced away. Trying to yell for help? Put them in a chokehold, without so much as a change in expression.
Just little things that reinforce the power dynamics and show how helpless Whumpee truly is. For them, it's Hell on Earth. For Whumper, it's Tuesday.
"Please."
Whumpee's voice was raw and hoarse from days of screaming. They licked their dry lips and tried again.
"Please, I can't again, not today.....please......"
"Please what?" Whumper's voice was calm, casual, as they glanced up from readying their tools.
"Please don't hurt me. Not like -- not like yesterday."
Whumper looked at them, almost amused. Then their expression flickered with something akin to consideration, and they stepped closer.
"Alright. I hear you. I won't hurt you today."
Whumpee's shoulders sagged in relief, but it was short-lived. Whumper's grin widened, a glint of amusement sparking in their eyes.
Instead of striking, they leaned lower, lips brushing Whumpee's collarbone. They froze. No blow, no sharp pain β only the unbearable press of Whumper's mouth.
Whumper felt them tremble and chuckled. βSee? I can keep my promise. Iβm not hurting you. Iβm enjoying you. Thatβs better, isnβt it?β
I love it when Whumpee is leaning on things. They're dizzy, nauseous, in too much pain to stand, or just plain tired, and they can't get by without some kind of support.
Leaning on cabinets and against walls in people's houses. Propping their head up with their hands at the dining table. Steadying themself against a banister on the stairs. Holding on to the post of the traffic light for dear life while they wait to cross the road because if they stand still unsupported they will fall to the ground.
It's such a small display of I am not feeling good, but once another character notices it becomes so obvious. This person is weak and vulnerable. Either I can help them, or I can hurt them further. It's not like they're in any position to stop me.
I love it when whumpee is in some kind of horrific distress, or mid-torture and whumper is hanging out doing something casual at the same time. Flipping through their dayplanner, playing office golf, fixing their makeup or their hair, taking a normal phone call...
