even if i don’t like myself today i will still be patient and kind with myself

No one, and I mean no one can define you. Don’t let mindless people make you feel weak, fake, judged etc. you are you. And that’s fucking amazing. You woke up today, the skin you live in protected you, your heart beat thousands of times today, your brain worked overdrive just to keep you going... for what? You to not appreciate it or take someone else’s word for how hard you worked??

Your past doesn’t define you, what people want you to be doesn’t define you. YOU define you. Your body, your mind or whole being defines you.

I woke up today hating myself, for all of the sickness my body brings on me. But I woke up, and for that... I am thankful. Yes I feel weak, but I’m not. Yes I feel fat and ugly, but I’m not. I’m beautiful and perfect just the way I am

I know this is a kinky blog and all but people need to hear this. People need to be able to tell themselves that they are enough and if you can’t. I want to help you.
