Lmfao a year ago. . . . . In 2013 I started journaling, not every day, not religiously. Only when I felt utterly broken. And the goal with that was to go back to that page a year later and see how far I had gone. In the past few years I haven’t written much. Not because I haven’t been utterly broken, but because writing about it no longer felt real. I was writing and burying the thoughts and never looked back because they were either too hard to read or too cringy to get through. Moral of the story. A year ago today I was broken trying to keep myself all together slowly and swiftly falling apart. I’m so unbelievably grateful for all that went down because honestly I’ve always had hopes and dreams I just didn’t value my life enough then.
