bless google translate. even if translations are rough, at least I get the gist. and seriously, bless bleach brave souls for the extra material as always. the running joke of momo getting hitsugaya to wear the most embarrassing outfits continue. first the gakuran, then the valentines suit, and now even a christmas angel outfit. he may grumble and groan but he will wear it! acts of love right there (reminds me of the time rangiku got him to wear that punk-ish shirt, chains and all). the fact that momo helps out with the paperwork? how bad did it get for hitsugaya to ask her for help?? the fact that the costumes were made by momo?? (does this mean all their previous pair costumes like the pirate and witch costumes were made by her??) and that she especially made it for their christmas date (because it is a date no doubt about it). she is so extra and talented

HITSUGAYA complimenting her without her hearing it properly?? He thinks it’s embarrassing on him, but looks good on her! I can’t with their romcom shenanigans. Even if we don’t often get to see it in canon, I like the thought that Momo gets to go to the living world and enjoy beautiful sights once in a while as a treat. And I love that they’re together for this. Seriously, so much to love about this short interaction.

Bleach High School Warfare: When I saw Momo, I *screamed*. She looks so cute, especially with her grumpy face. Momo rarely gets drawn in any extra material, so I ABSOLUTELY FReaked. When you’re a Momo fan, crumbs are practically a feast. So muuuuch potential for delinquent-disciplinary committee-childhood friends dynamics. It gives me Keiko and Yuusuke vibes 😤. I can’t believe we have an official High School!AU for them now. I need plot pleaaaase.

Bleach Brave Souls: Hinamori in her beautiful kimono for the flower viewing series. I love the colors. I love the Tobiume hair clip (seriously where does she get her personalized and customized hair clips??). She looked like how I imagined her bankai!self would look like, except with longer hair for the future.

Rebirth of Souls: Thanks to @rays-of-fire-and-ice for letting the HitsuHina community know about it! I ended up watching Toshiro’s secret story on youtube. I don’t know how different the English dub and the original Japanese version are (and I really want to knowhow it was said in the original Japanese), but I CANNOT believe (yes I can) that despite how many years later I still love hitsuhina so much. Hitsugaya once again reaffirms that Hinamori is the person who matters most to him. I love that Shinji is the one to have a hand in bringing them together (Rangiku too when she brings news that they can visit Momo in the earlier part of the story). He doesn’t need to know Momo’s lifestory, but I love that his way of making sure she’s ok is to make sure she talks and reconciles with her childhood friend. It semi-confirms what we knew all along. Shinji ships it. On a more serious note though, it makes sense that Shinji is big on communication considering his experience with his former Vice-Captain (*ahem*), but also that he along with the other Vizards know what it’s like to be robbed of their time. He knows that despite how long they have as shinigami, time is still precious and should be spent with loved ones.

Rock Musical Bleach - Arrancar The Final: I don’t know how accurate it is, since I’m just basing this on Tama-chan’s posts over at twitter. But I DID see some photos, so I was pleasantly surprised since I didn’t see her in any of the promotion materials for the musical. BUT apparently, Momo does appear in the latest RMB! (There were two cute photos of the actress playing Momo with the actor playing Hitsugaya.💕) AND OF COURSE, they had to show that heartbreaking scene (which goes to show how iconic it is). And apparently (at least according to Tama-chan’s drawing if google translate is to be believed), in the musical version, Hitsugaya continues hugging Hinamori, even after he’s been defeated by Aizen. It reminded me of @bleachbleachbleach’s fic For The Sake of the Children. Connecting it with the anime, it’s not farfetched to imagine Hitsugaya pulling himself, crawling, even bloody and one-armed to get to where Hinamori is, trying his best to heal her, channeling his own depleted reiatsu to her just to save her, get her to live, or if all hope is lost, and they’re both at death’s door anyway, to comfort himself and her that at least they’ll die together. (Great, now I made myself sad.😭)

The new banner for Bleach Brave Souls is Japanese Parasols, and in this one: it has Momo and Shinji (as well as Riruka).

Shuhei asked Momo to model for them, and it became the cover photo for the new seireitei issue that month. Shinji was livid he wasn't part cus of the drip he had (/´△`＼)

Anyways, Momo was shy, but Rangiku, Rukia, and Izuru assured her she looked beautiful. Shuhei then asked Rangiku if Toshiro was in the barracks since he also had a part in that issue. Rangiku offered to give it and asked Shinji if she could borrow Momo, which he was fine with. But Momo didn't know why she needed to go. Well... pretty obvious why ( ￣▽￣)
