had a great day with my lil cousin, we both finally got out of the house lol. i haven’t hung with her in years and i really missed her. it was cool to just be out and about and young and girly. i brought her to my favorite phô spot and she had it for the first time n loved it. also i experienced true pretty privilege today bc i asked to try a blush and the makeup artist just liked my face and decided to do our makeup for free, i was so gagged by that! 💕 my shirt was teeeew tight and uncomfortable, next time ima find a wrap shirt that’s big b00p and big waist friendly bc um, this one was trash mama. 😪

self care to me is a combination of things and im realizing that without i cant do anything for anyone else in my life. remember being a kid and being excited to help your family members & friends with tasks? or just being excited to do any kind of work or fun in general? that has definitely been on the decline or a non-existent feeling in me for a while since ive grown up. trying to figure out ways to reclaim that joy i had for the little things.
