In my Universe, Mulder is a writer in 2008. He writes books about the X-Files and new stuff from the internet. He is very respected in the community and was even invited to collaborate in the Ancient Aliens series, so of course he is working on it. Surprisingly Scully likes Georgio Tsoukalos a lot, and he makes William laugh so much the kid wants to grow his hair like him, to his father delight. Speaking of Will, he loves going to his father’s book events and ask questions, because even for such a small child he knows a lot of things, and many more that he doesn’t say out loud. Like when he knew Scully was lying to Mulder saying she didn’t saw the spaceship in Antartica; William wasn’t born at that time but he sees in this mother’s mind an abject with the clear form of a flying saucer. He draws so many flying saucers as gifts to her mother’s patients and the Lone Gunmen.
