I hate feeling useless and unproductive and stressed. I've been out of work for 2 weeks due to slipping and breaking my wrist because I have abysmal balance and fall all the time. And even after having 2 weeks of mostly rest I'm still hurting all over. I hate getting copius blood tests and x-rays that keep coming back completely fine with no answers for why I'm in so much pain. I hate feeling like I'm crazy for complaining about completely unexplainable back and neck pain. I just wish I had answers so I could get help but everything moves so slow and I'm sick of waiting all the time for appointments and tests snd results with no clear answer. I wish my family payed more attention to me as a child to notice theres always been something wrong. I hate how when I talk to them now I get more judgement than empathy. I never want to be told "take a deep breathe, you'll be fine" again. I never want to be told to take "natural alternatives medicines" by my mother again. I hate how guilty I feel for asking for help. I hate having blame put on my disabled partner for them needing support as well. We both need support!
