What do you think Rocky’s IQ would be? Average is about 100. I’d guess 130, I think he’s very smart.

Finally someone sees it! This is what I've been saying this whole time. He's stone-cold brilliant, it's just a facade. People keep confusing social ineptitude with actual factual intelligence - they're not the same noris one necessarily casually linked to the other.

It's even written in his character bio that he is a very smart person who has major impulse control issues and poor social skills, and it makes him look like a fool. He's not a fool, his intellect is very high in terms of language and music, but not so great socially or practically. He has huge knowledge about mythology and history, his language skills are sharper than a tack, and he is a very talented violinist despite having no formal training at all. His intelligence is definitely above average. He could potentially be walking through genius territory. But he does act like a fool around people, he does not make smart decisions for himself, and he cultivates an appearance of being a happy idiot, so of course everyone in-universe thinks he's dimwitted.
