Just be mindful not to accidentally cancel Searing Slash when using resonance or oath while it's mid-cast. T2 notes: - 2 weaknesses before the first oath, 1 weakness at the end. - While attacking, dodge into nearby red orbs to heal and gain a damage buff. Protocore stats that will help: ATK, DMG to Weakened, Oath’s Strength (beta/cube mainstat), Expedited Expedited (beta/cube mainstat). Fight notes: - Strategy: Interrupt Magus's hat phases with resonance skill; the first at around 50% 4x HP, and the second at around 20% 2x HP. Hat phase is when the camera zooms out and Magus starts twirling its baton. - First weakness: -- Start with first resonance skill -> active skill. Bait an empowered support skill from the first attack if you can. -- Quick spam of charged attacks after you get your 3 claymore stacks. -- Hold off on second resonance skill (shieldbreak) until the hat phase starts. This has to trigger at 1:30 or earlier for timing purposes. If it takes too long for this hat phase, I prefer to reset the fight. -- In weakness, quick charged attacks and support skill only. - Second weakness: -- Don't delay on resonance skills here. Use them right away. -- In weakness, use 2 active skills and oath. - Third weakness: -- Hold first resonance skill until the hat phase starts. - Strategy: Frequent resonance and staggers to interrupt annoying enemy attacks/mechanics. - Mismatched solars, so support skill is only for extra damage and staggers. - First and third oath: 1-Particle active skill -> resonance skill -> 4-Particle active skill -> resonance skill -> oath - Second oath: Resonance skill -> 4-Particle active skill -> resonance skill -> oath - In the last 10s, resonance -> CA spam to finish off the remaining enemies. - Focus on the Velox Venator (green cats) for the first two oaths because they're more annoying to leave alone. They will sometimes turn invisible or jump and disengage your target. Interrupt them quickly and frequently to reduce chances of that happening. - Don't step into the Malachite's healing vines, even when you're invincible during oath. They can still heal from hitting you.

T1 notes: - Strategy: Back to back resonance. Keep distance from the talons while throwing occasional hits at the green cats, to deter them from teleporting or jumping/disappearing/healing. - Ideally, you want both Velox Venator (green cats) to be shieldbroken for every oath. Missing them too much may set you back. - While building Particles for oath with CA spam, you can push the enemies towards each other for tighter grouping. - If the enemies are too spread apart by the first oath, I just reset. - Oath rotations: -- First and third oath: 1-Particle active skill -> resonance skill -> 4-Particle active skill -> oath -- Second oath: Support skill -> resonance skill -> 4-Particle active skill -> oath -- Manual target both cats before the first Synced Strike. This will reduce the chances of them from disappearing mid-oath. -- Quickly switch between targets to charge the Synced Strikes faster and trigger an additional Synced Strike. - After the third oath: resonance skill -> CA spam -> support skill to finish off any stragglers. Remember to maintain distance from the talons. T2 notes: - Strategy: Get two oaths in weakness before Petro Golem's furious state. 4 weaknesses, but more like 3.1 because the last one is very short. - If the boss dives more than once, or the dive makes me miss my timing, I reset the fight it's not worth it. - Yin-Yang Union rotation: -- Step 1: Support skill -> 2BA -> active skill -- Step 2: 3BA (filler) -> support skill, side dash -> 1BA (filler) -> active skill. Do this twice. -- Step 3: Support skill -> 4BA (apply lotus as weakness ends) -- If the side dash -> 1BA is too complicated, skip that part. - First weakness: -- Resonance at 1:58, 1:43. -- Dash 2x -> Dash 2x at the start to reach the checkpoint as quickly as possible. - Second weakness: -- Resonance at 1:38, 1:13. MUST use first oath at 1:09-1:10. -- Same rotation as first weakness if the combo doesn't get interrupted, otherwise adjust based on the enemy attacks. - Third weakness: -- Resonance at 0:58, 0:43. Second oath will come up at 0:32-0:33. -- The only time to use empowered support skill. Aim to trigger and use it from the point blank aoe attack. -- 2 active skills. The second active skill is just to generate a lotus seed -> CA quickly. - Fourth weakness: -- Resonance at 0:24.5, 0:08. -- After second oath, get started on applying lotus ASAP. I try to bloom a lotus with Sword Stance combo and use support skill before the first resonance. -- 2 active skills. Trigger empowered support skill but don't use it. - Only in third and fourth weakness, if you need the extra damage: Have a lotus on the boss and support skill ready before shieldbreak. T1 notes: - Strategy: Back to back active skills on the Lacertus. Resonance only when using oath at 1:00 and close to the end. - The Lacertus are VERY tanky and have no shields to break. You'll want consistent crits, I recommend getting crit rate close to 60% as a priority. - Aim to hit multiple enemies with each active skill, especially after resonance when they're tightly clustered, while still prioritizing hitting the Lacertus. - I use active skill on the knaves only at the very start with the first one, and when there's still a healthy looking knave after the first minute like what happened in my clear. - Don't push the Lacertus into a corner. Instead, circle around them and push them towards the middle against the other enemies. - The knaves can act as a makeshift "wall" or "cage" when clustered together. T2 notes: - Strategy: 3 weaknesses. Quickly push Luminivore into its lock phases to manage a shieldbreak at the end. - 1 active skill only for the first weakness. 2 active skills for second and third weakness. 1 Searing Slash in every weakness. -- For the 2 active skills, I used reliable claymore combo. Optimal claymore combo is way too tight for me for this when trying to include oath. - To get a Searing Slash in weakness, at 4/6 Potential, use support skill at 2s left on resonance -> pick up beacon -> quickly resonance/shieldreak. - Quick charged attacks when at 3 claymore stacks. - After the second weakness: -- Resonance -> back to back active skills until its HP falls before 10% 2x HP. Use the second protocore shield under its HP bar as a marker. You need to get it to that point by 0:30 to be able to shieldbreak a third time at 0:13 with a full weakness combo. -- In Luminivore's enhanced state (after the first lock), it likes to do a backstep every 1-2 attacks, usually after a glowing twirl attack. To mitigate active skill misfires, use it when Luminivore is mid-animation, and/or just as Searing Slash hits. -- Keep attacking Luminivore during its 2nd lock phase until you get pushed back. Only 1 active skill here, must have 2.5 energy when it unlocks and gets shieldbroken at 0:13.

Wave 1: - Stick close to the mobs while attacking to encourage them to crowd around together. Focus target on the frenzy when it pops up. - Ideally, you kill these mobs while still in Battlefront, so you can use Groundbreach on the wave 2 mob. Wave 2: - Really annoying wave. Expect to be interrupted constantly and reorient yourself. Not getting frenzy buff from here. - If you have Groundbreach, use it as soon as the Lupus (shielded enemy) spawns. - Support skill can interrupt the Lacertus's (big boy frenzy) attacks. Use it frequently. - Groundbreach -> oath while Lupus is still in weakness to maximize damage. Wave 3: - 3 weaknesses for this phase. I didn't end up using the second oath. - To pre-build Firepower: -- Refresh Zerom (dodge) and spam basic attacks. -- Aim at the dragon's invisible hitbox to build Firepower more efficiently. It'll say "Ineffective" when you hit the right spot. Dodge without dpad to refresh Zerom while maintaining the direction of your shots. - Must be ready to use resonance as soon as the dragon lands. The frenzy will get caged in and get killed in the crossfire. - After second weakness, dragon should lock. Keep attacking it and build Firepower. - Third and final weakness after dragon lock. At 0:03, or close to weakness ending, oath (if available) -> Groundbreach.
