Lunch time! Seasoned chicken, sweet potato, and a boiled egg. Would have loved more greens but the only greens available today was my nemesis broccoli. Love most veggies, but I hate the most common one! 😜
Another cauliflower pizza crust going into the oven! We loved this so much we wanted to make it again this weekend ❤️ finally kick my cravings for bread and sugar. Doing great and feeling just as good.
Simple and healthy breakfast. Whole 30 day…11! Oh wow 😊 I don’t crave sweets anymore except a little bit of fruit. I’m staying hydrated with fruit water or as I call it, spa water.

Ate super light today and was super hungry during dinner. Half a spaghetti squash, no sugar added spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, spinach, and onions. Sprinkled nutritional yeast on top. No lie, it was SUPER hard not to get pizza tonight. Going strong on this diet change... And I've already lost weight in the past 9 days and my skin is glowing from all the veggies. Obviously doing something right 😊.

None of my food came out picture worthy, but I had eggs, a banana, probably a second banana later, lots of water, a piece of bacon, and made homemade tacos wrapped in butter lettuce for dinner. My meals are definitely becoming simpler. I'm definitely craving savory food... More than sugar actually. More than anything I miss cheese and crackers. 😭
Dinner last night.. Still on whole 30! And I'm finally not craving sugar every single minute of the day. I want to keep going! 😊 Dinner was grilled lamb, baked kale, and homemade potato fries.

Whole 30 breakfast: omelette with loads of spinach, onion, and a dash of 100% coconut milk.
Caved and made 100% homemade pizza. Cauliflower crust and cashew "cheese" on top. While not in the "spirit" of whole 30, it's still low carb, dairy free, gluten free, soy free. 😂
