I am not yet accustomed to having to tell people when I make my leave, so I'm awfully sorry if I pass off as rude for disappearing for a few weeks every now and then. It is rather difficult to handle some issues here (academic or not), I shall get back to old roleplays and fixing-up of accounts, notwithstanding.
I really ought to fix how I handle so many blogs with so few roleplays. Tarou is gathering dust, Marlon is going stale and Ransie has had no chance at activity. Also I really ought to find more blogs to bother under Aria besides Jack Frost. This liking is definitely getting out of hand.
All that aside! I really miss pixel work, so if anyone has a request or two, I may be willing to comply.
Today I though about how I've only had a handful of bland Original Characters and that I needed to spice things up a bit. Though, admittedly, I think making a character with a brother complex was going a bit too far.
Not related to anything, but I am rather conflicted as to whether I should follow more roleplay blogs or less. It's really hard finding other blogs, especially standalone Original Characters. (That's coming from the one who still has to reply and make a few starters. I promise I'll get to them soon enough!) But I guess that decision could wait until the next weekend.
In other news, I'm a little jealous about a certain someone for getting a certain book set.
A few second-person conceptual statements regarding a few notable characters for you. Enjoy and make the most out of your year, okay?
I. Apollo
He was the first, he was always the first. Planting a kiss on your forehead and handing you a slice of your favorite patisserie's crepe cake. Oh how you wished you could have crepe for breakfast all the time. Oh how he felt the same way about seeing you smile.
II. Kou
Today he leads you to the school roof, a grin on his face and his "good luck charm" in his hand. Funny, the only thing he's holding is yours. You want to ask him why, but he simply laughs at you.
III. Reiichi
Perhaps in an attempt to bite back at your humor for once, he smiles at you in the hallway. "Thank you for being born." he whispers, paying no heed to your confusion.
IV. Shiki
It wasn't all too hard to stay awake as he watched you eat your tarte tatin. After all, the whole thing seemed like a dream in itself to him. You had to shake him by the shoulders so he could get off your lap. You definitely couldn't eat at peace if the people in the park kept staring.
V. Katsumi
You always lagged behind when jogging with him, but he was always there to wait for you and cheer you on. Always there to let you lean on his shoulder. Today he slows down his pace to the point of lagging behind you. His excuse? "I want you to be where I can always see you."
VI. Tamao
"In the library just to use the computer again?" he would ask you, leaving his old chemistry book above the CPU. The page explaining the periodic table is bookmarked, with the elements Iodine, Lutetium, Vanadium and Uranium highlighted.
VII. Seiji
He couldn't write you a rhapsody, but he played one out of the blue. As soon as he heard footsteps in the hallway, he started. Gershwin's cheerful melody resounded, wishing you a nice day and many more to come.
Okay, I admit I intend to spam this with filler posts until the archived posts are sent back a few pages. At least, until I gather enough patience to reblog every one of nanchies' old roleplays into a spare blog.
I'll be heading off to sleep in a bit, even with my writing muses ringing the most interesting concepts in my mind. I would prefer to give in to temptation once I am assured that my high school education has been successfully completed.
