This is truly one of my favourite marya pieces i’ve ever made as well and i feel like it’s taken on so many interpretations as we learned more of her story. One of my favourite ways of seeing it now is the crow being comfrey, the one who gave her her wings in the first place, stopping her from killing herself to take down straka and revenge ludmila during the initial attack, but against her will
