Stop looking back on your life journey. You've been there, done all that; so now it's time to move ahead and look forward to better things. Never doubt the mercy of Allah. He can take us out from the deepest of troubles. Never lose hope.

Don’t think your prayers don’t matter. Even an imperfect salah is better than a neglected one. Allah sees your efforts, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

Stop beating yourself up. You’re a work in progress, which means you get there a little bit at a time not all at once.

If you want to be happy, live for Allah, not for other people. Care only about what Allah thinks about you, and forget about what others might think or say about you.
