i keep hearing “i’m sorry,” over and over again but honey, unfortunately i don’t think you’re ever going to hear these words. because then i heard, “you’ll be sitting by the phone waiting for your ‘i’m sorry’,” so your inner child is saying ‘i’m sorry,’ instead because they know you aren’t hearing it from the people who need to say ‘i’m sorry,’ so your inner child is saying and whispering the words into your ear. 

except now i’m seeing that your inner child is not blaming the others but themselves. aww, your inner child is blaming themselves, honey! aww! they’re like saying, ‘i’m sorry i didn’t realize fast enough. i’m sorry you got hurt. i’m so sorry,’ and your inner child is getting upset, honey! aww! honey, you need to release these old wounds and hurts because instead of getting the sorry you want, you are just making your inner child upset because they wanted to protect you and felt like they didn’t. 

i know it’s hard but we need to take a moment to act like a sweet mother to your inner child and tell them, “i know. i accept your sorry and let’s promise to do better together,” because i know these pains and wounds are hard but sometimes we have to mother ourselves and show your inner child there is nothing to be sorry about. we are all learning and doing our very best to try and stay strong through these hard moments. 

so say sorry to your inner child one last time and take a big breath! you are working past this with compassion!

you deserve to have fun, honey! i know you feel silly or lazy if you’re not doing something that is helpful or productive but there is more to life than the grind! you can still chase your dreams while also enjoying your everyday life! you’re being invited to think outside the box again! to do something you wouldn’t normally do! to expect more than just your usual routine! your spirit guides know you are scared or hesitant to change up your ways because you fear you’ll be disappointed by the change. 

but then your spirit guides are wondering how they are going to shower you in rewards if they’re never given the opportunity to give them to you! because now your spirit guides are showing me that while yes, your routine and comforts are great but those routines are more set in rock! so it’s like if you always do the same thing, the same results usually occur! 

which makes it harder on your spirit guides and inner child to reward and shower you in opportunities and gifts if they can’t introduce these new avenues and paths to you! your routine is set and the control method! aka harder for your spirit guides to affect you! 

but if you were to have fun and change it up, your inner child has a better chance to surprise you! “so keep on changing!” and have some fun! eee!

quit playing so small! your inner child wants to shine! they want to be the center of attention! they want to be an actor/poet/dancer! so it’s time to “prove me right!” is what i heard their cute little voice say! so yes! it’s time to shine, honey! it’s time to show off that ego of yours and the talents that you have! you are meant to grasp the opportunities put before you and go forth! 

all i’m hearing now is “please, please, please!” over and over again because that is your inner child begging you to let them out and be silly! to shine! to take attention! i know you’re used to hiding and playing small because what if somebody hates it or makes fun of you? 

your inner child is reassuring you now that you are not doing your talent for others. “you do it for me,” is what your inner child is whispering as they hold your hands. “you won’t believe the compliments i have waiting for you,” is what i heard next from your inner child but it’s like your inner child thinks you’re “being stupid because we’re amazing at this!” 

and then your inner child started to spin you around and show you how free and fun you can be if you just allow yourself to be! this is your inner child’s permission that it’s okay to show off, honey! “be creative!”

extensive option is at least a page-long reading (text size 10.5 normally). a question can be included! in-depth extensive is two pages at least!
