If you want to read an academic article that's behind a paywall just email the author and ask politely if they will send you the article. Most academics will be thrilled that you want to read their work and will gladly send it to you.
I emailed to ask a Harvard researcher and advocate for intersex rights for access to one paper and she sent me seven plus additional resources and permission to stay in touch. Ask for papers!

very southern european. slowmaxxing at its core, you get a drink (usually a coffee, a beer, a tinto de verano or a soda) and maybe a tapa and just,,, chill. hang out. chat with the people sitting with you and gossip.
tinto de verano:
is NOT A SANGRIA. That's a different beverage. Actually i've never met anybody who drinks sangria in this country.
Is wine (the cheapest wine you can find, which can be cheaper than water) and plain soda. I use Sprite sometimes. Maybe add a bit of lemon juice.
You can find it already mixed at the grocery store and is very refreshing.
The north has a variation called kalimotxo with coke instead of soda. Is also really good.

the swedes have the Ikea blue bags, we have this. Is everywhere. Every household has at least 3. They are actually pretty neat.
churros and porras:
they are NOT filled. You eat them with a cup of hot, thick and creamy chocolate - you dip the churro in it and then eat it. Churros and porras usually are served in a paper bag and they put sugar on them while they are still hot
colacao:
is a sweet powdered chocolate that you can mix with milk. I personally dont like it because it doesnt mix well and there are chocolate powder chunks in the surface of the milk, but some people like it that way
fiestas de pueblo/fiestas (city edition)/ferias:
part a religious thing (saint or virgin festivity), part town fair, part rave. All important. Every place has its own flavor and not two are the same. some aspects are across the board: massive amounts of alcohol, music, food, and fair machines and games. They last about a week and daytime usually attracts more religious people and families, but after sundown until sunrise is a nonstop party.
There's of course more things but these are the first that came to mind. Spanish people add your favorites if you want.
