Just Hold On

It has been a while since I talked about you on here. Not because I forgot about you, but because it still feels unbelievable that you aren’t with us anymore. It hurts a lot, for a long time you were part of my life and you’d give me comfort in so many moments: the good, the bad and the in between.

But most of all I feel so angry! Angry with the world, the people that were around you and did nothing to help, the “fans” that put you down and bullied you - that never appreciated you when you were here, that chose insults instead of the kind words they used to preach about. It’s very hard to still see those comments, to see the bad in people.

But mostly it’s hard to see those who loved you dearly, hurt. You probably couldn’t imagine how many we were. You felt it in a lot of moments, but it makes me so sad to understand that in those last weeks you couldn’t feel it in the mix of all the bad.

You fought for those you loved and you defended them like no one else. You just wanted to make others around you happy, no matter what! That was beautiful and a quality that wasn’t appreciated enough. You gave us so many beautiful memories both in 1D or as an individual, always looking for things that would help us deal with the world around us. Always supporting the right things, to lend your voice to so many great causes (even if some people want to delete those from history!). Always looking for the good in people!

We miss you dearly. We miss your voice, your beautiful smile, your funny side, your silly moments. but mostly your sweet side towards everyone.

I will always thank you for every single thing that you did that helped me! I will always appreciate you for the friendships I made because of you. And I will always appreciate you!!!
