I WANT TO FEEL ENERGIZED AND STABLE.
What nutrients does your body need to achieve this goal ? What foods can you get these from?
Your body needs macronutrients and micronutrients. Macronutrients are eaten in large amounts, they are the foundation of your diet. These include protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Those three things give your body energy.
Vitamins and minerals are what we call micronutrients. We need smaller quantities of them. There are six main groups of micro and macronutrients.
Meat , fish, eggs. Beans, soy , nuts and some grains.
Should make up 45-65 percent of your diet.
Whole grains, beans and fiber rich vegetables
Suggested to keep under 30 percent, but itās recommend it be between 25-35 percent of your daily calories.
Unsaturated fats are important bc they give you essential fatty acids that your body canāt produce
Omega 3 and omega 16 are the most famous
You can find healthy fats in seeds, nuts, fish and vegetables oils (olive, avocado, flaxseed).
There are 13 essential vitamins: A C D E K and the B vitamins (B1 B2 B3 B5 B6 B7 B9 B12)

M o r n i n g R o u t i n e:
4:30am- get up, make bed! Drink lemon water, take medication, eat breakfast , get ready for the gym.
8:30am- Take Simba on a walk, feed us breakfast, take shower , clean up
- Shower. Brush/floss teeth.
research morning skin care routine. Focus on moisturizing, reducing dark spots, whitening teeth, getting rid of strawberry legs, lightening armpits. Glowy, healthy skin is the goal.
10am- Take Simba out. Run errands if needed. Eat a snack. Drink water.
12pm - Study/Research for nails, hair, or lingerie.
A f t e r n o o n R o u t i n e :
1pm- begin lunch and pack snacks for work, roll blunt and get ready to leave. Eat something.
11pm- Take Simba out for night time potty. Feed him dinner , make yourself dinner.
12am- shower, night time routine and head to bed.
