You are not alone.

You deserve good things.

You matter.

You are important.

But that doesn't mean you should attack, guilt, or otherwise do harm to other people.

Those feelings of rejection are valid and it's important to acknowledge that you're not the only one that feels them! You're not alone. Any interaction with other people can be hard. A lot of people have felt the desire to vagueblog, to send Anon hate, to accuse others of ignoring them, to go after someone and demand why they've been blocked! It is normal. It is common.

The key thing is to not let those emotions spur you into bad decisions. Take a breath. Block/disengage. Walk away from the screen for a bit and sort through why you're feeling x way. Take a hiatus if necessary.
