The Clones as Things I Do When Stuck On Hold For A Very Long Time With Customer Service
Rex- *sobs uncontrollably*
Echo- Does something productive like fold laundry or do dishes
Fives- practices what I am going to say over and over again scripted so I don't embarrass myself
Jesse- Same as fives, but when they answer I respond off script with something like "Thanks, you too."
Kix- Set my phone down and forget about it for 3 hours
Tup- Say screw it, hang up, and call another day.
Dogma- Diligently wait without distraction or activity
Hardcase- just give up and hang up, but never call again
Coric- just start googling the answer to my question because I had forgotten the internet exists up until that exact moment
Bly- have a glass of wine or a beer. Or 4, depending on the wait.
99- *falls asleep because of the elevator music, customer service rep is greeted by my snores*
Cody- *snaps phone when the call randomly hangs up and I call back only to be at the beginning of the line again*
Waxer/Boil- strategically planned phone call around the children's activities. has to hang up every time they are done with something
Wolffe- waits, but becomes grouchy throughout the whole time. struggles to be kind when finally answers but it needs to be done.
Boost/Sinker-play video games, also forgets about call
Hunter- have full on sensory breakdowns because its one of those annoying calls with elevator music and it makes me anxious as fuck and overstimulated
Wrecker- HELLO *elevator music cuts off for a few seconds* HELLO IS SOMEONE FINALLY THERE? *track starts over again after the "we will be with you shortly! thank you for your patience!"*
Tech- Just use the damn online chat option? Talking to people? Ew.
Crosshair- is actually in fact the customer service rep
