How do I find better, once I've had the best?

Remembering me, before we began.  I was so happy, independent, like damn. Then time flew so quick, & next thing I know, We was holding hands, time had froze But ,  The ones who loved me told me stop, like "Girl, you need to protect your heart". Then some shit happened, next thing I know, I'm back to square one, alone .

Don't want to think about it. Don't want to talk about it. I'm just so sick about it.
