Everything's coming up grape hyacinth. These are my 1st official flowers of Spring.

The neighbors have Emus, they are so cool looking but enormous. But the largest bird are the Cassowaries native to Australia. You should Google them they are magnificent.

Dandelions, The 1st food of Spring for the bees. We always let our lawn get full of them to feed the bees.

Mozzie It's feeling so much better. It's nice to see him getting his mojo back.

This is Gigi, she is the sweetest cat ever. The cutest too. We adore her.

When it's cold outside, with a sharp wind like today. Mozzie likes to sit in the garage with the door open.

This happened earlier this month and it will be a long recovery and many bandage changes. I  am struggling a bit with the bandages. They want to slip down from the top. I have tried a hock loop with out much success. If anyone has any ideas that may help I would appreciate it. This picture is a fresh wrap. I  hesitate to show the wound as it is quite severe and I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable.

Birthday dessert for my husband. It is a cranberry shortbread cookie. This is a clean food crush recipe. Made with almond flour, oats, nuts, cranberries and more. So delicious.

Winter snow today. Feeling sorry for my girls. They do have a shelter but they seem to prefer to be outside. I feed them extra on days like today.
