I had to get heart surgery about a year ago so now I am getting a biomechanical heart to cover up my scar LOL because now I have a bio mechanical heart valve

I’ve lived in this house(grandpa’s house) for about 13 years and up until about ten or fifteen minutes ago, a bout of intolerable depression got ahold of me, mainly cuz i already knew that she’s fucked quite the majority if not every friend i have, but, this was the tip top of the list, the one i never ever thought would ever do, to the degree where as cliche as it possibly could get, i dropped the phone, oh yeah i forgot to tell you why, she was being fingered by whom i considered my only friend that’s been keeping me sane and from realistically offing myself. So while i’m on the tele, look man we aren’t with each other, i get it, but that’s really the cruelest thing you could ever do, now she’s saying i’m a crazy delusional psycho and he’s not there but if that were the case he’d answer or reply to the hate fueled threats that are going to happen now due to his inability to calm me down and to have especially been the only friend that was my only friend. So, I just found a nickel plated 38 snub nose revolver in the attic that’s never even been explored by me before and now i’m guessing by anyone else...there is a box of bullets not missing a single one but i don’t know if they can become duds from being old.....anyways, i’ve become literally suicidal, someone either truly help me or hinder me but choose expeditiously...thanks so much
