Random thought I had relating to a Mob Psycho x Pokemon au

I don't know why but I just had a thought of what if when Toichiro was younger he had a Zubat that he trained with that later evolved into a Golbat.

But as soon as he got access to stronger Pokemon he let his Golbat go and moved on to create the strongest team to ensure no one stood in his way to stop him from dominating the world as the leader of Team Claw

Then as soon as he is defeated by Shigeo, and before he is arrested for almost destroying the world, his Golbat returns to him in a similar vain to AZ and his Floette. The Golbat later evolving into a Crobat thanks to Toichiro's change of heart after his encounter with Shigeo.
