My name is Nour, I am 21 years old, and I am from northern Gaza. I write to you today from a place of deep pain and desperation. My life was turned upside down on October 7th, 2023, when the war ravaged Gaza and forced me to flee my home. Now, I survive alone in a tent in southern Gaza, living in constant fear.

What makes my suffering even more unbearable is the rejection I face for being a lesbian in a society that condemns me. The bombings and destruction around me are terrifying, but the constant fear of violence and judgment from those around me is equally crippling. There is no place here where I can feel safe or accepted.

I am in desperate need of your help. Every day is a battle for survival, with extreme shortages of food, water, and basic necessities. I can no longer bear this. Please, I am begging you—help me escape this nightmare. I long for the chance to live authentically, to live without fear, and to have the safety and dignity that I deserve.
