he was the one fully convicted for the MCI incident when Sammy Emily saw him trying to wash/ throw the shirt he did the job with. Police would discovered blood samples of the MCI in his car trunk. (He got paid extra by Faz ent. to discreetly dispose the bodies when the investigation began) and discovering plans for more killings (he wanted to see if he can get away with that like he almost did with burying the bodies). The didn't have evidence for the murder but due to the low amount of evidence for the other suspects, and the fact he had their blood in his house and person he was tried and executed by firing squad. (That's a thing in Utah)
