“Daesung always give us laughter, joy, and strength, and I hope it never changes” - TOP

TOP can be so reckless in his playfulness, and I love that about him. I like that Big Bang sometimes play rough with each other. Like when TOP and Taeyang team up during a concert to tear Daesung’s shirt off of him, leaving it in two pieces. Like when TOP reacts to a little teasing by shoving too hard, unintentionally throwing Daesung halfway across a room. Like when TOP chases Daesung across the stage floor at a fanmeet and kicks at him, playfully but not gently, as revenge for pouncing on him; like when TOP flings himself onto the pile of his distressed bandmates, crushing them to the floor– several times– like a big, excited puppy overjoyed to be in on the fun.

Of course I also appreciate the gentle moments…  very much, in fact. How TOP takes Daesung’s hand in his and subtly, as if without really meaning to, runs a thumb across his palm. The way he drapes himself over Daesung from behind, rubbing at his arms and shoulders through a soft knit sweater. His guiding hand on Daesung’s shoulder, back, or side as they make their way through the airport en route to another fanmeet.
