"I’m doing okay, you know. The same old, saving the world, beating up guys bigger than me." She replied cooly, not a hint of nerves in her body. "How about you? How’s your brother?" 

"Good, good, good to know you've been fine," He gave her a very obviously fake smile, contorting his lips into an almost kind-looking little smile. "Fine, fine. Dead, of course, but fine." He lied.

Eyes flickered to see the emerald sparks emitting from his fingers, a mere threat in her mind as the familiar blue glow of her true form escaped to surround her, much like that of a shield. “-Me”

"Your so-called magic looks like parlour tricks next to mine." Loki laughed. Verbal attacks were the closest he could honestly get to control in that moment, and he was perfectly willing to snatch up the opportunity.

  Loki laughed. “Doing what one is supposed to can get rather boring, can’t it?” He said. He flung the gun across the room with one sweeping gesture, using magic to do what he couldn’t be bothered to actually do himself.

She watched the gun go, and automatically her mind was in overdrive. Thinking of the best solution. Taking on a god hand to hand wasn’t in her training booklet. “So you decided to stop by my apartment?” 

"Oh, yes, I thought I’d pay you a quick visit. Check up on you. How are you doing these days?" He grinned mischievously. He could practically see Natasha scrambling for an answer. And he was there to make sure that there wasn’t one.

"Oh, my dear, are you forgetting who's in control here?" Loki licked his lips, letting pale green sparks flicker from his fingers. He was in no way in control of the situation, and was actually rather surprised. However, he had found that, if one claims to have the upper hand, the other usually seems to accept it.

Natasha sat up, her eyebrows furrowed with a mixture of shock and confusion. “Aren’t you supposed to be locked up somewhere in Asgard?” Shed questioned inching towards the nearest gun.

Anxiety really cramps my style like how am I going to seem chill and fun if I often start trembling and breathing heavily and developing a look of impending doom in my eyes

Can I just point out that Chris Evans is so used to holding the shield that when he turns around in that last gif, it stays right where it’s meant to be, whereas when Tom does it, it kinda flaps about a bit? I would never have noticed how holding the shield is an actual skill had it not been for someone else doing it like this.

I suppose it would fit Tom if it was elastic. Or fix it up to fit Tom. He’s smaller after all though tall.

He said in an interview that Chris' costume actually fit but maybe it was a joke?????
