The Power Of Belief- Gregg Braden
So I am currently watching this video below.Â
It is four hours long. So you need to set aside time for this. I am not new to his work. But what I have realised throughout the year now is that, no information is really new at all. We just discover it and re-discover it again later, with more depth. Digging deeper than the last time we experienced it and with this we garner new understanding on the material. I have been studying this matter for almost two decades now and I am still learning, and even re-visiting older materials.Â
We have changed. We as people. We are the one who changed. We lived our lives, and exposed to different experiences. When we were younger the information might just be words. But now we might have enough memories to recall and feelings to relive by when we read the information. These experiences are the reason why you need to revisit materials that you have read or encountered before. Because your new wisdom will create new knowledge and new wisdom for your future.Â
It is like when you were younger and you said you wanted a phone that you can manipulate by touching its screen. Fifteen years ago, people might say ‘yeah right’ but now, hardly any phone that doesn’t have any touch screen as part of its system. Even at the low end of the market where you buy a pay as you go phone at 70 dollars, it would be a touch screen.Â
The point is, the world changed, you’ve changed and now we can re-attempt a few things that we couldn’t do before in the past. Maybe with less efforts, since we have a better understanding. I remember someone said that when you were younger, you probably go hard at something because you have more energy, but when you are older you are better at something, because you are more refined. So you don’t waste your energy unnecessarily.Â
Maybe that’s what I am trying to say, in this world of transformation personal development, as we get older, we become better creator because of our experiences and our ability to manage our energy better. Patience is important. Do less and receive more.Â
