my shoulder has had inconsistent sharp nerve pain for a while. The orthopedist told me to either stretch and take ibuprofen or get shots in my shoulder to fix it. my husband asked the chiropractor 2 doors down from his shop if he could take a look, and i can easily say after the first 2 adjustments, it's gone from sharp pain to feeling a little tender 🥹
