A Skyrim-born Argonian that was probably orphaned at a young age, raised mostly by a Nord hunter as a child, thus the Kyne worship

Only started to learn about Argonian culture + got a Jel name through interactions with Argonian dock workers/Riften Argonians later on

As a wandering hunter they’d likely gotten near orc strongholds and maybe earned a positive reputation among some by trading/aiding the orcs - hence the armor
